Turnkey programming quotes are based on design (drawings), functionality scope, and project timeframe. To help make sure you projects are as profitable as possible, reverse quote offers are welcome and encouraged (you make us an offer!)

Hourly Rates for non quoted projects: (Daily rate is available)

Control System Programming, Consulting, or Technical Services	- $115/hr (discounts available based on project size and vender loyalty)
Emergency support on systems programmed by others	- $135/hr (minimum 4 hour for first service call)
System Training for dealer/integrator	- $ 0/hr (quoted projects only)
System Training for end user/system owner	- $230/hr (any project)
Onsite Audio DSP Assistance	- $185/hr
Travel Time	- Calculated at 1/2 applicable labor rate

	Product and wiring specifications for new installations or retrofits
	Drawings available in Visio or AutoCAD drawing formats
	Due to our experience in many aspects of the industry, we are aware of many product and design limitations or features that may be unknown to many other consultants and system designers.

UI Design (Touch Panels)

	We are extremely fluent in touch panel and UI design applications (AMX TPD4 even features Kraytech recommended solutions)
	Hourly Rate for non-bid work: $95/hr (discounts available)
	Hourly Rate for emergency support on systems programmed by others: $125/hr
